  • Do you only make dresses for a specific audience?
    Absolutely not! I make dresses for people of all ages and all identities. It is important to know that you should dress how you'd like in a way that makes you happy. Be confident in yourself-- I hope that my creations help you feel beautiful. To view my pride collection, click on the rainbow on the top left!
  • Why do you sell octopus plushies?
    I will not let anything go to waste. As I hunt for unwanted garments, some pieces are completely unusable to wear. In which case, I will use the scraps to make adorable octopus plushies that are available on the website.
  • Can I use your photos for my art piece or project, or can I post it online?

  • I want a custom order, what are the first steps?
    I'm excited to hear you would like a custom creation! Send an email to ecnmeeks@libellefalu.com and the consultation begins there. Once the design is done, I will work my magic on it. This can take up to 2-3 weeks, so please be patient! I will message you with updates and promise to always keep you in the loop.
  • Where can I find and purchase my custom order?
    From the front page, select the "For the Dreamers" portrait and find your order. Any incorrect customer payments will be denied and refunded to ensure that your product goes only to you!
  • Something I wanted is sold out, will it come back?
    Pre-existing creations are only made once and are one of a kind! Custom orders are always open, but keep in mind this is a much longer and more interactive process. Every creation is unique and upcycled by me.
  • Will a creation ever be re-made?
    Designs are one-of-a-kind and will not be replicated. Themes may correlate and overlap through past and future creations, but ethereal upcycling makes every piece unique!
  • Do I have to send in my own apparel for a custom order?
    It is not mandatory, but this is your chance to take something you'll never wear and turn it into something new and whimsical. Otherwise, send me your measurements and I will hunt down a base for you.
  • Can I use my own dress?
    Absolutely! If the situation allows for you to send the dress to me, I will happily take it and transform it for you.
  • How do I care for my dress?
    Many of the dresses I take in (donated or thrifted) sometimes have unusual fixes, such as glue, which I cannot always remove from the garment. I do my best to remove as many of the imperfections as I can before hand sewing details and upcycling them. I highly recommend spot cleaning only, just to be safe.
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    Pre-existing creations are sent out 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Custom orders take 2-3 weeks to create, and then will be sent out 3-5 business days after. Keep in mind that consultation may take a few days as well!
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the seasonal nature of costume items, there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on dresses. Small imperfections are due to the handmade nature of these items.
  • Do you ship outside the U.S.?
    Currently, I am only shipping within the U.S. and Canada.
